Meet Becky Roth

With 20+ years of experience in career coaching, job search strategy, career and job counseling, employee assistance, work life and wellness, my passion is coaching individuals toward achieving success, balance and fulfillment in their lives and careers. Throughout my career I have helped hundreds of coaching clients. My approach to coaching is to serve as a thinking partner to individuals wanting to improve their path forward. With a goal-oriented approach, we work together to create and manage an individualized career or life plan. I primarily work with individuals starting their careers, looking to change careers, and improve their networking skills.

I recently joined the Engagement Committee for the Mid-Atlantic Career Counseling Association (MACCA) where I collaborate with new and existing membership.​

I'm a Pennsylvania native (Go Eagles and Pitt Panthers!) and now live in the Washington, DC, Metropolitan area. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and rooting for my student athletes. I love to travel, spend time at the beach, yoga, can hold a tune, and volunteering for causes near and dear to my heart.
In addition to working with individuals, I have extensive experience working with groups and organizations. As an employee assistance (EAP) account executive, I've consulted and conducted leadership development trainings for a diverse clientele of small and large companies in the Washington Metropolitan area. I have also provided customized trainings to companies across the US on various topics such re-entering the workplace, resume and LinkedIn profile development, job search and networking strategies. I've also collaborated with human resources and management departments to develop leadership programs for top company executives.
